| The Battle of Leatherwood On October 25, 2008 Whitesburg Lodge 754 provided the first steps in masonry to two candidates at the Battle of Leatherwood in Perry County. This was the first time in more than 143 years that a Masonic Lodge has held a meeting on a battlefield anywhere in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
