The Whitesburg Lodge # 754 F. & A.M.
traditionally celebrated December 27 with a
Saints John Day Feast followed by our
annual Election of Lodge Officers and
Officer Installation Ceremony.
The evening began at 6 PM with the Saints
John Day Feast in the Lodge Dining Hall.
The dinner consisted of fried chicken,
chicken and dumplings, corn, peas,
mashed potatoes, corn bread, and
numerous homemade desserts. Following
the dinner, the Brothers gathered upstairs
in the Lodge to begin the Election of
Officers for the 2011 year. Peace and
brotherly love prevailed in the Elections.
The election results include the following
for 2011:
The Installation of Officers was open to the
public with many family and friends
present. The Election, Officer Installation,
and the closing of the Lodge were all done
in peace and harmony showing the
strength of friendship and brotherly love in
Whitesburg 754.
